Before you begin, please review the following:

Our update form helps you discover the scholaships you're eligbile to apply for this year and build a customized application checklist including everything you need to complete your application. 

Once you've prepared our documents, use your custom link in your confirmation email to pick up where you left off.  

 

How to Apply: 

  1. Provide your contact information and program details.

  2. Based on your submissions, we'll show you a list of the scholarships you're eligible to apply for this year. 

  3. Review the requirements and criteria for each scholarship. 

  4. Select all scholarships for which you wish to apply.

  5. To pause your application and prepare your required documents, click SAVE at the bottom of the page. (We'll email you a link to continue where you left off)

  6. When you're ready, return to your application, upload your requirements and submit your application.

    • Remember: All documents must be submitted with your application by June 30, 11:59:59 PM EDT.

    • Due to the volume of applications, we do not accept applications that do not meet these requirements. 

Eligibility Requirements:

  • All scholarships awarded through the Foundation are available only to current Ontario residents.

  • All scholarships are awarded based on individual criteria and subject to availability. 

  • NEW: All applicants are required to submit sufficient proof or address and acceptance, enrolment or registration in an approved program with their application.

  • All documents must be submitted with your application by June 30, 11:59:59 PM EDT.

  • Due to the volume of applications, we do not accept applications that do not meet these requirements.

To navigate your form you may use the page tabs located at the top of the form or  the BACK and NEXT buttons at the bottom of each page 

To save your progress, click the SAVE the button at the bottom of any page. When you do, you'll receive an email with a link to resume your application.

Submission Checklist 

Once you’ve selected your scholarships, it’s time to prepare your application requirements.
The following information will help you save time when preparing your submissions.

Application Requirements

To help streamline your application, we've organized your application requirements into the following categories:

Eligibility Requirements:

All applicants are required to submit sufficient proof of Ontario residency and acceptance, enrolment or registration in an approved program.

General Requirements:

Submissions like the Application Scholarship Essay, are required by many of our scholarships. You’ll upload a single copy of these documents and it will be applied to all corresponding scholarships on our list.

Scholarship Specific Requirements:

These are submissions that are unique to a single scholarship. When you select a scholarship with a unique requirement, the submission upload fields will open immediately below the scholarship description. When you're ready, you can upload the specified documents in these fields.

Protect your Private Information: 

When preparing any required document, it is your responsibility to obscure or cover any personal or private information not pertinent to the information requested. For instance, if you're providing a copy of your driver's license, you may cover the license number as long as the expiry date, name and address are visible. 

Preparing your files:

Review the following information and confirm that you have all the necessary documents assembled and prepared for submission. 

Each document must be properly labeled and saved in an acceptable file format.

File name must include:

• Document Title
• Your last name and first initial

Example: Transcript.DoeJ.04.01.25.pdf

Acceptable File Formats:

.png, .jpg, .pdf, .doc, .docx, .rtf, .txt, .mov, .wav, .mp4

Prohibited File Formats:

.zip, .dmg, .exe

(These files types will not be opened or reviewed.)

All documents must be submitted with your application by
